SDGT-06 VH2O2 / PLASMA BIOLOGICAL INDICATORS
This batch of Geobacillus stearothermophilus 12980 spores was genetically tested by two independent laboratories, showing 98.5% and 99.7% similarity to reference 12980 strains. Differentiating between strains of this organism is inherently difficult and well documented (supporting publications available upon request). Despite the slight genetic variation, this lot has demonstrated equivalent VH₂O₂ resistance to all previous lots and is therefore considered substantially equivalent.
True Indicating maintains an internal standard of ≥99% genetic similarity and is sharing these results so clients can determine whether the 98.5% result meets their own acceptance criteria before placing a purchase order.
